Payments:
You can pay for your order by Direct Bank Deposit or EFTPOS in store.
We also offer the option to pay using PayPal and your credit card. When paying via direct debit, please wait until your order is confirmed, before depositing your payment. Remember to use the order number as a reference
so we can track your payment. Our

Order Status:
You'll receive
your order confirmation email within 5 minutes after placing your order.
You can view the status of your order by logging in and clicking on the "Account Details" menu.
If you can't see your order in the Account Details section, we did not
receive your order.
Please make sure you're logged in and complete
the entire checkout process. Shipping & Delivery:
To keep our prices low for everyone we don't add shipping to our prices. Our website will try and calculate the best possible shipping method. When we process your order, we will adjust the shipping to the actual parcel size. When we "Confirm" your order we will advise the correct shipping cost depending on the parcel used.
Wholesale Price / Bulk Orders / Quantity Discounts:
All our prices on the website
are wholesale. Look for the
icon, which means you automatically get volume discounts for larger quantities. Depending on the quantity selected, receive an immediate 20% or 50% discount on our low every day prices. Feel free to contact us on Auckland +64 9 475 9111 if
you require larger quantities, bulk pricing or trade orders. Orders over $500 are considered
bulk/trade and we'll negotiate discounts on an individual basis when we process your order.
We operate the website as a separate business and prices in store might be
different. To receive the best price you need to place your order on our website.
Shipping:
We process most orders within 24 hours. Orders received over the weekend will be
processed on Monday morning, We use NZPost or CourierPost for shipping . Please allow 3-5 days for NZ Post delivery,
postal delivery times vary during busy times or for rural deliveries.
We'll provide a track and trace number and you can track your order online at
www.nzpost.co.nz
International Orders:
Orders will be shipped using international air, please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
