These terms and conditions govern all transactions between Just V NZ Ltd (The
Craft Depot) and you as our client for any sale of goods or services between
Just V NZ Ltd (The Craft Depot) to you.
Acceptance of terms and conditions:
By using the website, registering as a member on “The Craft Depot website”,
purchasing goods or subscribing to our newsletters you accept the terms and
conditions listed below. You cannot use our services if you do not accept these
conditions.

We release account, contact details and personal information only when we
believe release is appropriate to comply with law; facilitate court proceedings;
enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or
safety of Just V NZ Limited, our users, or others.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail,
aggregate information on what web pages consumers access or visit, information
volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site
registrations and information from the opt-in newsletter subscription. The
information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages, used to
notify consumers about updates to our Web site, updates to classes, workshops,
shows, events, promotion of new products and related services, and is not shared
with other organizations for commercial purposes.

or when the status of your order has changed. By using our website you agree to

responsibility is excluded in respect of any and all loss or damage, whether

consequential and incidental loss.

Depot) from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and

incurred by you.

pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the disclaimers and
liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable
provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most
closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the
agreement shall continue in effect.

Product Descriptions, images and errors:
We try our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, however due
to different lighting conditions, colours may appear different. Items may appear
larger or smaller in pictures, refer to the size or measurement in product
descriptions.
Most items are sold by the strand or per weight. Quantities shown are estimates
only. Please allow a 10% margin for error. Due to high shipping costs, our
policy is to provide a cash refund for any short deliveries.
Stock levels are updated weekly, but in some cases we will not be able to supply
all items on your order. You will be notified by email and only billed for the
actual items shipped. Please wait until your order is confirmed before
depositing funds into our bank account.
Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit:
All items are securely packaged and any damaged parcels should be brought to the
attention of the courier on receipt. We normally process orders within 24 hours
and you can expect delivery within 3-5 days.
For lost items we will contact New Zealand Post and lodge a missing parcel
claim. This can take several days and your details will be passed on to NZ Post
to process your claim.
Please ensure you use the correct delivery address as we can not replace items
due to wrong or missing address details.
Refunds/Returns:
Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. We will fully
refund you on any returned item/s if for any reason you are dissatisfied with
the item/s you have purchased from us, providing that:
* The product has not been used.
* The product has not been damaged.
* The returned product is accompanied by the original receipt.
* The product is returned to us in it's original undamaged packaging.
* The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
* Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the Customer.
We will provide a cash refund or credit for any short deliveries. Once your
order has been lodged with NZ Post for delivery we cannot cancel your order.
Incorrect Bank Account Number:
Just V NZ Ltd gives the purchaser the choice to pay for products through our
Bank Account. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account
number, Just V NZ Ltd will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment
and the goods will not be dispatched. Our current banking details is available
on our website.
Mailing Cash:
Just V NZ Ltd does not recommend that cash or cheques be mailed for payment of
products. It is not one of Just V NZ Ltd options of payment. If the customer
does mail cash or cheques, Just V NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility for the
theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed items.
GST:
All product prices are GST inclusive. Orders delivered outside New Zealand will
be GST free, but customs duties may be applicable in your country.
Updating Your Personal Details:
You can update your personal information and contact details at any time, by
logging in to our website and selecting the “Account Details” menu option. Upon
request we will provide a copy of information kept.
If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the
policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you
with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how
your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
